What delivery options do I have and what are the costs?

Standard Shipping cost for Domestic and International deliveries, with a fixed cost added to your purchase order. Free Standard delivery when you spend 150€ or more.

What are the payments options? 

PayPal only.

What is your return and exchange policy? 

We don’t offer exchanges as we can’t guarantee other sizes availability. Customers have 15 days to return any item. To do so, please contact LANDISCH to receive a label to assure you free shipping. You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase or by IBAN if agreed with Customer Service.

Can I order a personalized item? 

Please contact us at hello@landisch.com so we can check your request. Depending on the item or/and its stock, we may or may not be able to deliver it.

What is the warranty of your items? 

Please follow the recommended washing temperature stated on the garment’s label. You can, for sure, use a lower temperature to save energy. In case any problem occurs, please contact us to return the item and qualify for 100% refund. We do not take responsibility for any allergic reaction to a specific material used on an item.
